icon tutorial (w/ CS4)

I want to share this tutorial to everyone because this is what I'm doing recently. I am making a series of icons for a new software called WinNexus. It's a software for hospital information center management. VERY EXCITED that I get to be part of it! working with bunch of people who have expert computer knowledge is a lot of fun. I'm learning new stuff everyday.
